A woman was severely beaten into submission by the California state and federal judicial system and the Department of Justice over a Merry Christmas Balloon, a chrunched up piece of paper, a sea shell…misc items that a Napa, California, Sergeant found in front of a colleagues’  home.  It is unbelievable that the U.S. Government can behave this way with their silence. These courts of justice have ignored her substantiated complaints that they describe as “frivolous”.

But, she has managed to survive to upload evidence at www.kinispolarbear.bravehost.com for the public to see for themselves. These claims against the judicial system are virulent resulting in severe injuries and damages permeating corruption of the justice system throughout the nation today.

Survival for this woman has become a form of resistance to the Department of Justice (DOJ); state and federal courts and police departments because of one woman’s sexual orientation. She is being governed as inferior and an economic burden.

She has suffered emotional injuries that will last a life time as a result of being ignored nationwide by the media, public and private agencies, state, federal, and international courts of justice at every level.

Her disenfranchisement as an  American jew has subjected her to  EXCESSIVE PUNISHMENT for an EXTENSIVE and UNDETERMINATE amount of years while being forced into AGGRESSIVE AND ABSOLUTE EXCLUSION. The tactical abuses described on www.kinispolarbear.bravehost.com would be considered as “creative because of tight budgets.”  Also see review from the Pew Center by Susan Urahn, managing director.

It is in this author’s opinion that these tactical abuses not only violate what’s left of the Constitution(s) but they infringe on the privacy and stablization of persons. Tactical abuses amount to emotional bullying and a form of torture provoking people into crimes that WILL NOT be considered technical violations. These kinds of abuses will procreate female serial killers to gain momentum with the statistics of male serial killers. They are abuses that will esculate into a cataclysm of events such as “Columbines.”

Light will be shed on the reasoning of these methods in entrapment cases and the lawsuits in the Dateline ‘Predator’ Suicide Case where a Texas Prosecutor Targeted in an Undercover Sting Against Alleged Pedophiles. But, it will be too late. The vigilante justice by these courts, the silent treatment by these courts, and ignoring and dismissing cases in these “courts of justice”:  None of these time saving, budget tactics will be effective in the long run.

Now, finally, more popular than ever, BULLYING ISSUES are yielding everywhere. But, the bullying will never cease until the biggest bullies of all, the U.S. Government and their federal, state, and local reps can be dominated and held accountable as governed by the laws of the National Lawyers Guilds, American Bar Associations, and their members.  If there are no effective affirmative actions, “creative’ or otherwise, all the rest of our work is in vain and these matters will esculate out of control. 

Personally, I cannot see how it would be logical or reasonable for bully survivors to treat others with dignity and respect when those leaders have only none for us.

For instance, despite repeated complaints since 1990 about police misconduct, evidence came to light in 2006-07 that officers I complained about were sued in Federal Court for excessive force. Without much effort, a woman was successfully heard. Today, the U.S. Government has permitted to successfully suspend my California driver’s license illegally. In addition, they permitted “Jews” to escape the consequences of a grand-theft larceny of my $100k rightfully inherited $100k trust estate. This is for the best interest of the Jews and U.S. Government so that they can control me for no other reason but to become dependent on and service American men.

They “creativily” believe that by these kinds of actions, I will become a straight woman. They also thought that they could leave me to die and they would never be exposed as the filthy dirt bags they are.  The following “jews” now work day to day without a concern and enjoy life as if nothing had ever happened with MY $100k in THEIR bank accounts.

Misery Loves Company

                          DID WE GET THE WHOLE STORY HERE?

NO. AND, WE NEVER WILL. 

That’s why the police are asking for more information. Yes it is easy to deal with  drunks, hit and runs, road ragers, child molesters, thieves, drug dealers etc. etc. etc.  If you don’t believe me, just check out the case of exiled California,  Napa resident, Kini Cosma (Yahoo, Google), at www.kinispolarbear.bravehost.com  where a woman who was trying to make a difference, went to college to do so, but has been forced to deal with those of common banality and willful ignorance on a daily basis without the support of her colleagues.

“You don’t want to be miserable like them, so they make your life miserable.”

Witnesses, informants, and snitches have more credibility that someone who is trying to make a difference. Cops use these kinds of people. But, these kinds of people never tell what bullies THEY are; how they lead people off to sell them to fulfill their debts; what rotten parents they are; How they verbally assault you when they are drunk or driving around drunk; Or, how about when they hate you because you won’t give up your possessions to pay for their boozing; you refuse to give into becoming “part of the family” etc.  No. They never tell their side of the story about that!  Instead, they run to your friends (or enemies) behind your back to trade secrets.

In the battle for survival among wild punks, hoodlums, drunks, drug addicts, and dirty ol’ men, your choices become controlled like theirs.” It’s that same kind of feeling, you know, when you work and work and work,  and work and it’s still not enough. Then they try to make you feel guilty like it’s your fault. The more you try to make a difference the more you will suffer. 

Yes. Call the cops. Call the cops. It doesn’t matter if you have the integrity of your first cousin, a Federal Magistrate Judge or the integrity of the  Queen of England. Like most Americans, we don’t want to know the truth. It is much easier to discard a person then to find out the truth. Why else would a person of integrity be ignored?

Do you think you could be a cop?  I strongly urge this community to get involved and describe whatever fits your fancy and help the police IN ANY WAY POSSIBLE. (And, be careful you don’t shoot your neighbor dead  in the process). Yes. We must pry. Pry for information.

• It doesn’t matter if there are husband-wife confidentiality privileges.

• It doesn’t matter if there are pastor-clergy confidentiality privileges.

• It doesn’t matter if there are physician-patient confidentiality privileges.

• And, it doesn’t matter if there  are attorney-client confidentiality privileges.

Be aware.  Then, tell the cops!  A witness can be dying with a congested heart  condition. This will need to be followed up with interrogation after interrogation. We need his testimony now. It’s called, “last utterance”, a form of hearsay.  Stress and undue influence must become persistent until the cops get their badgered info. Pry. Pry for information so that we can bring a person to the grave over our legal duty for day-to-day activities their targeted suspect is up to.

After extracting information from a dying witness about his only friend that cares, they wonder why the witness dropped dead. Poof!  A new legal definition called “dying by natural causes.”

Be aware, write down license plate numbers, pay attention around your neighborhood-don’t just sit behind a computer complaining and accusing-get involved-make a difference.” That way you will be lodged in the data base of the U.S. Government whenever they feel like picking on you!

Dear Visitors:

The attitudes of my writings are based on the attitude of law enforcement; their modus  operandi as witnesses; their use of informants; and how they provoke someone into breaking the law so that they can keep you in the system.

Believe it or not, if you review Equestrian Travel Mall and Legal Services, I never had this kind of attitude. If you think my writings are offensive, I am merely mimicking how law enforcement perform their duties and how they write their reports.  Because of it, I have become a disenfranchised associate in the science of the Administration of Justice.  It is only this way that I can stress to you the importance of the impact the operation of the Administration of Justice has on the American public in all their hostile ideas and terrorism.

I have researched and studied years of the justice system in activity. I have studied their rehabilitation system; their juvenile system; their police corruption at every level. 

Most Americans who have had the opportunity to be privileged in not being able to comprehend this will never understand my concepts and so to them I appear to be anti-American.  While this is a game to many, to many these are serious matters. Your family legacies can be affected and your eyes will become open to evil with no turning back. If  you are religous, it could be compared to the eating of the tree of good and evil in Genesis. When you are banished out of your world, knowing a life of goodness that you once knew; Remember Cherubims and a flaming sword will guard you from ever returning.

I do not have the answers and not everyone should have to be a lawyer. I am not asking you to eat of this tree of life. I am not asking you to sear your conscious or exploit these evils.

 I am asking you to protect your innocence; Protect your spirit and soul so that some how you come out of whatever cataclysm you find yourself in not so scathed; without such a rude awakening. -Kini-
